From building HR departments from scratch to guiding professionals through career transitions, I bring both strategic and human-centered expertise to every client.

I’ve coached new managers, resolved workplace conflicts, sharpened resumes, and helped leaders navigate growth with clarity and confidence. My dual background — including a bachelor’s in Human Services and work as a substance abuse counselor — grounds my approach in empathy, purpose, and real-life transformation.
